Ordering
A: To place an order, shop the parts you need by manufacturer in our OEM Parts Finder, add available parts to your cart, and click “view your cart” to proceed to check out.
A: This means the part is currently unavailable to order online but may be available in-store.
A: Some parts are unavailable to order online due inventory shortages but may be available to purchase in store. In this case, you may contact us directly to check part availability.
Shipping & Pick Up
A: We offer standard shipping for parts orders. If you would like to expediate your order, please contact us and we can upgrade your shipping type and cost.
A: Call us at 724-347-2484 for all inquiries on shipments outside the continental United States.
A: Review our standard shipping rate cart below. Shipping rates are calculated by shipment weight/size. Shipping rates may increase for oversized packages and pages with a weight limit above 50 pounds. In this case, we will notify you to update you of your shipping cost total.

A: Please allow 7-10 business days for parts shipment to arrive to store. You will be contacted once your order has arrived and is ready to be picked up.
Payment
A: We accept most major credit cards and/or debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Returns
A: No returns after 30 days. No returns of electrical components, aerosols, oils, and cosmetic parts (fender, hoods, etc.) No returns of items out of original packaging. No returns on special ordered rubber products and parts under $5.00.
