I own a Kubota Z121 Zero Turn mower and I consider it to be a great piece of equipment. In November of 2022, I began experiencing a problem. When I would disengage the blades and engage the parking brake, I was unable to get off of the tractor without it shutting down. Then, the tractor would not restart for a long period of time. This only happened intermittently and each time it was taken to M&R, they were unable to replicate the problem. A new starter was installed. In the spring of 2023, the problem reoccurred. There were four more trips to the service department made throughout the summer when various parts were installed and yet the problem continued. In late August, I stopped into the service department and was introduced to Robert, the new service manager. It was his second day on the job. I explained what had been happening and, before I finished, he diagnosed the problem while we spoke at the service desk. He guaranteed that it would be fixed this time. He acknowledged my frustration and scheduled my tractor to be brought to the dealership and returned to my home at no charge to me. I am happy to say that the problem has been resolved and I greatly appreciate the work performed by Robert and his staff.

Great service. After Agnews in ohio treated me very poorly on a warranty part order, I switched to M & R. I spoke with Gary in the service department. He was great, did exactly what he said he would do and had me back up and running in a few days. I wish I would have bought my previous business equipment from here, but I will be sure to deal with M & R for everything going forward.

So I needed a riding mower quick quick. I go into the showroom and met by Chelsea and she is just the nicest. Now have I told you I Hate to shop and definitely don't like sales people. I had my Kubota tractor (M6040) serviced in February of 2020. David Camus, Service Advisor, was a great help in resolving past problems I had with the service department. Jesse, Service Tech, who worked on my tractor was exceptional. He took care of my tractor as if it was his own. My tractor came back clean and ready to work.

Joe Polite was a great salesman. He came out to my house and went over the whole machine and told me to contact him anytime with questions. He really seems to enjoy his job and was very informative and likable. M & R is lucky to have someone like him as he represents them well.

We bought a John Deere X330 about three weeks ago. Our salesperson was Marty. Recently, I hit a tree root, bent the blades and did a bit of other damage. The service department was backed up but promised to look at the tractor this week. Marty jumped to my rescue, removed the deck, changed the blades and made some other adjustments. Huge help.
